Since Blinds Worth creates custom window treatments tailored specifically to each customer’s measurements and specifications, orders are non-returnable.

2-YEAR WARRANTY FOR YOUR PEACE OF MIND
For your peace of mind, Blinds Worth offers a 2-year warranty, covering the replacement or repair of any product with similar or equivalent parts found to be defective due to faulty materials. Shipping costs are not included.
WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This warranty does not cover failures caused by:
- Accidents, alterations, misuse, abuse, or neglect.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Fading due to sunlight or exposure to salt air.
- Improper measurements, installation, or operation of the product.
WOOD BLINDS DISCLAIMER
Wood blinds are a natural product and may exhibit slight warping, as well as variations in color, texture, and grain. These characteristics, especially in light-colored stains, are natural and considered acceptable quality.
WARRANTY COVERAGE INCLUDES:
- Original purchaser of the blinds.
- Defects in materials or workmanship.
- Operational failure of the blinds.
- Internal mechanisms and parts (e.g., cords, brackets, components).
- Damage reported at the time of delivery.
WARRANTY EXCLUDES:
- Misuse, abuse, or accidents.
- Normal wear and tear.
- Alterations or incorrect installations.
- Costs associated with shipping, removal, or reinstallation.
- Damage from prolonged exposure to outdoor elements.
- Minor fading over time.
- Improper cleaning or use of chemicals.

PAYMENT
When placing an order on this website, you must provide your credit card details for payment. Once your order and payment information are submitted, our team will verify the payment. Upon successful verification, we will send you an order confirmation via email or your preferred communication method.
Orders will only be processed after payment is confirmed, and ownership of the finished product will transfer to you once payment has been completed.

FREE SHIPPING DISCLAIMER
Blinds Worth offers free shipping inside the Victoria for orders over $499. If you are outside the Capital City Metro area surcharge for packing and freight will apply.
COLOUR DISCLAIMER
Monitor settings and lighting conditions can significantly affect how product colours appear. Because of this, we cannot uphold our satisfaction guarantee on colours chosen by customers who do not order colour samples after placing their order.
For stained wood products, variations in the natural grain of wood and dye lots may result in slight colour differences. While these differences are minimal, it is impossible to guarantee an exact match for stained wood blinds. If you're ordering multiple blinds, we highly recommend ordering them all at once to ensure they come from the same dye lot and are as consistent as possible.
Please note that even sample colours may vary slightly from the final product, as samples may originate from different dye lots than the manufactured item.
ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
We strive to accommodate any changes to your order. To ensure prompt production and delivery, your order is sent directly to the manufacturer upon confirmation. Most orders can be modified within the first 24 hours at no additional cost. However, as production may begin immediately after confirmation, changes to orders already in production may incur a fee.
No changes will be accepted after 24 hours from the order confirmation. Orders can be canceled within the first 24 hours but will be subject to a minimum 10% transaction fee.

Colour Selection, Quality, and Satisfaction Guarantee:
To ensure colour accuracy and product quality, we require that you order free samples after placing your order to utilize our satisfaction guarantee. This will help confirm both the colour and quality of the product.
Delivery Guarantee:
Blinds Worth guarantees delivery of your product. If the product is not delivered within a reasonable time after dispatch and is deemed undeliverable, we will replace it at no extra cost. We reserve the right to wait up to 30 days from the dispatch date before considering a product non-deliverable.
Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions represent the entire agreement between Blinds Blinds and the customer. The customer acknowledges that no other warranties, except those specifically provided in this agreement, are included.
